Inspired by vintage, traditional Hula. Skirts are made with natural grasses. The board the original was painted on was leftover material from building the bar at Maui restaurant, Honu. It was made by alternating layers of small bamboo shoots, pressing it down into a large block, and slicing it into panels. Each limited edition reproduction is unique and hand-embellished with: Paint, variegated gold leaf, iridescence and resin.
