Taryn painted this while she was supposed to move back to NYC but decided she was meant to be a Maui girl a bit longer. Maui tends to have an indescribable and profound impact unique to each person. There are no concrete or logical reasons she decided to stay. Some matters of the heart are difficult to explain and like in every intimate relationship, some things held sacred are best kept secret.
